Exercise, Pain Relief, and Sports Health Information
Please consider, as an athlete, your body makes everything you enjoy possible. Take care of it and it will take care of you. Always promptly seek medical advice for pain or injury and follow your physicians recomendations. "Playing thorugh pain" is poor advice which can lead to long term disability. At a minimum, pain lasting more than 72 hours after exercise needs medical attention.
That said, here are some resources to help stay fit and in top condition.
