AAU Sport Ju Jitsu

Sensei Lamond is the Virginia state AAU representative for sport ju jitsu. Several Dojo members are qualified AAU sport ju jitsu referees. AAU sport Ju Jitsu instruction is offered in dedicated class sessions. These sessions prepare the player for tournament participation by developing:

clear understanding of rules and tournament procedures
increased fitness
improved tournament techniques
specialization for particular events
